Returns & Refunds Policy

Important Notice

Due to the nature of international sourcing and cross-border shipping, Mariyam.lk follows a limited returns and refunds policy. Please read this section carefully before placing an order.


Returns

  • Returns are not accepted for items sourced from Dubai and shipped to Sri Lanka, except in cases of:

    • Incorrect item delivered

    • Damaged item upon arrival

    • Missing items in the confirmed order

  • Requests for return or refund must be reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with clear photos or videos as evidence.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to be considered for review.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products ordered through Weekly Dubai Deals

  • Items purchased based on store flyers or limited-time offers

  • Cosmetics, fragrances, personal care items

  • Items damaged due to misuse or normal wear

  • Orders delayed due to customs, shipping, or logistics reasons


Refunds

  • Refunds are issued only if:

    • An item is unavailable and cannot be sourced before purchase

    • An order is cancelled before shopping and shipment

    • A verified issue is approved after delivery review

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method or via bank transfer, depending on the payment method used.

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.


Local Returns (If Approved)

If a return is approved by Mariyam.lk, customers will be instructed to send the item to the following address:

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.


Order Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once shopping has commenced or shipment is dispatched.

  • Cancellations requested before purchase may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.


Damaged or Missing Items

In the rare event of damage or missing items:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos/videos of the package and items

  • Each case will be reviewed individually
